Completion of the KlimaRallye 2024
After four weeks of dedicated climate action, the KlimaRallye 2024 has come to an end. Together, nearly 250 participants from various communities have achieved incredible successes, proving that we can make a difference when we work together.
The Results at a Glance 🎉
73,163 climate points collected: That’s like every participant eating exclusively plant-based meals for almost three weeks 🌱
2,952 challenges completed: That's around 106 challenges per day 😍
11.6 tons of CO₂ avoided: Equivalent to the CO₂ emissions of a typical midsize car over nearly 45,000 kilometers – that’s more than half of a trip around the Earth 🌍
5,901 kilometers cycled: That’s the distance from Berlin to Moscow and back 🚲
Top Community Performances 🏆
Satdt Duderstadt secured the top spot in total climate points, followed by the Alte Hansestadt Lemgo and Stadt Uslar. In terms of climate points per participant, Stadt Trebbin made a strong comeback to take first place, closely followed by Alte Hansestadt Lemgo and Satdt Duderstadt. Thanks to all participants who made this success possible!

The KlimaRallye is more than just a points competition. The various challenges help us reduce our carbon footprint and engage in sustainable practices in our daily lives.
