Halftime at the KlimaRallye 2024
After 2 weeks full of dedication and climate-friendly actions, we have reached the halftime of the KlimaRallye 2024. Together, participants from various communities have already achieved amazing results:
- 51,402 climate points collected: That’s as if every participant had taken public transport for their commute as much as possible over the past two weeks 🚌
- 1,832 challenges completed: That’s around 131 challenges per day 😍
- 6.6 tons of CO₂ avoided: This is equivalent to nearly 26,000 kilometers of car travel – more than half of a trip around the world 🌟
- 3,846 kilometers cycled: That’s enough to ride from Berlin to Paris and back 🚲
Particularly impressive after the first half are the results from the city of Duderstadt, leading with the most climate points, followed by the Alte Hansestadt Lemgo and the city of Uslar. However, in the category of climate points per participant, the Alte Hansestadt Lemgo is in the lead, followed by the city of Asperg and the city of Duderstadt. Each individual is contributing to strong performances, even from smaller teams! It remains exciting, and we look forward to seeing all the results from the second half!
